supplies for cardboard winter hat:
- cardboard
- liquid school glue
- cotton rounds
- chalk marker (white paint, or white crayon work too)
- scissors
- pencil
Instructions:
- Start by sketching a simple hat shape on the cardboard using a pencil. Cut out.

2. Next, using the liquid school glue, glue on the cotton rounds. Add one to the top of the hat for a pom-pom and then layer on a few of the cotton rounds along the bottom of the hat.

3. Now, using the chalk marker, draw designs and patterns on the hat. It might be wise to do this step before step 2, although really doesn’t matter.

Your simple, cardboard winter hat is ready! You can leave the hat as is, or like my kids asked to do, paint the hat in different colors using paint or markers!
