Embossed Hearts activity is one of the easiest Valentine’s Day activities you can do! It’s takes a minute of prep and is so unique and fun, kids will love it! Get creative with your designs by incorporating anything that feels Valentine’s Day to you! From hearts to swirls to polka dots to lettering like xoxo, hugs, love, etc.

The best part of this activity is that it doesn’t require any fancy materials, just a mini hot glue gun, everything else you probably have right at home!

- Next, using the hot glue gun, “draw” hearts, dots, swirls on one of the white pieces of cardstock. *hot glue gun should only be used by an adult*

- Now, lay the other pieces of white cardstock over the cardstock with hot glue hearts. Use the crayons to color over the paper in same direction, applying a bit of pressure, this will ensure that the hearts reveal themselves through embossing. Get creative and use different colored crayons, alternating the colors or make an ombre look.
