Play-dough Truck Tracks Activity

Do you have a truck lover at home? My little boy is all about trucks. He has quite a collection, actually!

And this fun activity is all about truck tracks! PLAY-DOUGH + TRUCKS? WHAT!? Yep, all you need is play-dough and a few favorite trucks and you’ve got yourself a “toddler at play” (caught the pun?) 🙂

Materials for play-dough truck tracks activity:

–Play-dough (ECO KIDS PLAY-DOUGH IS OUR FAVORITE, NATURAL AND NON-TOXIC!)

-Favorite truck toys

Really, all you need is a table, roll the play-dough into a flat piece and let your kiddo roll the trucks to leave some amaaaaazing tracks!

THEY WILL LOVE IT! If your little one’s have scoops on the trucks (or whatever they’re called), they’ll be digging too! So FUN!

What is my child learning and improving?

-Creative play (kids will create their own play scenes and stories, especially if older)

-Small motor skills (scooping, playing with trucks)

-Imagination (kids are coming up with different plots and scenarios)

-Focus/concentration (playing with only a few toys/play-dough will encourage full concentration on one thing at a time)

-Independent play (having kids play with something that interests/engages them, will keep them busy and building independency)
